Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have this since last one year. Initially it started with swelling and redness. It's like spreading.. intially it started spreading to skin above upr lips and now it's spreading below my lower lip skin. Dryness, once lipbalm applied to dry lips and skin around it started coming off (flaky skin), it's itchy too, getting very embarrassing to face someone. I'm not a makeup person, never apply anything to my skin or lips, I don't have thyroid or sugar.
