Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since one- two months some pimples come on Neck, Pimples r went but Blackness on neck is getting darkened. Is it due to the necklace? Or another reason.?

Doctor, Few days ago unfortunately my daughter kept her right side finger in the door while closing. She got severe blood clot and after some days took her to the hospital and removed the injured nail. That week passed. Still in her finger there is some kind of issue and her skin is peeling off.
