Hello I have noticed a slight increase in my knuckles pigmentation. I am currently taking proanagen tablet. I wish to have a B12 vitamin included in my diet. Please suggest me if there is an effective B12 vitamin for regular use.

I have done hb1ac last week the range was 5.7 is it matter of concern. I am not diabetic patient pls give your advice

Sir /madam, From start of the summer .I have severe itching under my beard infront of neck .This is happening frequently .I am applying calamine lotion but also it is not controlling whenever my beard hair touches the bottom of neck it is tickling .can you please say wat is the problem and please tell me a solution to this . I have had severe eczema since 8 years old. I'm 23 now. It did get better around 2021-2022 but over the last year it has gotten severe again. The marks/wounds are too prominent and is spreading. I have been facing consistent acne since childhood. But from the last one year it is way more severe now. I am currently using the derma salicylic acid face wash, the derma salicylic acid acne toner after reading a lot of online reviews. It seems to be working but the acne comes again after my problem is somewhat healed. It isn't solved. If possible which OTC products /consumer level derma products can I use?
