My dermat prescribed me ketotifin for once night 5 days and fexofenadine 180 mg three times 10 days for dry itchy patches in my thigh's and back but could be the reason for giving two histhamines at same day i ate one dose of ketotifin and fexofenadine today should i continye as per she described

Hello respectful doctors. Im suffering some kind of red rash like mosquito bite in both legs & thigh. its less itchy. 1 - 2 in chest but most in leg area. My daughter age 5 also suffering from same skin problems like me in the same place. Im taking CTZ & calamine lotion but nothing improves. Im attaching the photo of affected area.

My glans had 3 black spots now it is getting some browning patches everywhere on the glans.it doesnt hurt or burn.its just flat pigmentation

Sir I have vitiligo. It's all over the body. Started in 2020. I have been using different ointments., like whitcare,placentrex gel,clobetazol prpionate cream etc Latest one prescribed to me was Dermovate cream and Tacrolimus 0.1%. Once Troid-25 tablets(Trioxsalen tablets USP) were prescribed to me.I am working outside and I have to expose to sunlight most of the days, and that makes it difficult take these tablets. Is there any tablets which doesn't make side effects for me after exposure to sunlight?

Whenever sunlight falls on my face even for just seconds, I feel burning sensation over that area and my face becomes red. What can I do for that. The irritation goes for hours.
