Hi doctors I'm 34 yrs male I had this tiny bumps on forehead and cheeks now it has turned into big red pimples currently I'm using acnil soap twice daily it has been two weeks I don't see much of changes kindly help me with proper treatment and tips please help

I used vanish (detergent) to remove stains in my clothes. I applied vanish on clothes and rubbed with my hands directly. After applying vanish, i am slightly having pain and burning sensation in finger tips and nail edges. Few finger tips and nail turned white. Is it too harmfult ti use Vanish with bare hands? What should I do now, can experts help me in this.

My brother has been suffering from leucoderma since 7 years till now. Leucoderma covers his whole leg. My family consultant so many doctors and take my medicine for my brother but he won't get any relief from medicines. I had used occupol dx ointment containing dexamethasone  for blepharitis intermittently for 3-4 months.4 months after stopping ,I started developing white patches around both eyes. It's been around 5 months  since then and iam using tacrolimus as per another doctors advice and there is around 40% repigmentation. Is this  side effect ie.hypopigmentation completely reversible ?how long will it take to repigment completely ? I have attached picture for reference.
