Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing itching sensation in body from 3 days. I had applied moisturizer but it's of no help. The itching is without any rashes. Mostly limited to legs and the skin is entirely normal. Now it's affecting my sleep as the constant itching making my sleep cycle uneasy

For last few days i noticed some red dots on my skin Majorly on face and arms . It's not irritating right now but looks very odd My skin is not clear now What's that small red dots and how to treat it quickly to get clear skin

I had 4 surgeries to remove 4 cysts on different locations so far. My last one was in Oct, 2023. Now I have another cyst with black dot that's inflamed. My previous cysts haven't recurred after being removed. But new ones come every 4-5 months. Cyst removal is very costly and I have to do it every 4-5 months. Is this a disease?

My wife is having black spot on her leg. Showed to dermatologist and he said that it is Seborrheic Keratosis. I googled it and it is showing that it could be Melanoma. Hello Doctor, I am facing itchy and bumpy back with small pimples. This issue raised after I shaved some area of back with razor. It casuses high itching and bumpyness on back. My family doctor consulted me with Terbinafine tablet & oitment and Keto powder, but this helped me to reduce itching for a small period but it started again after some time.
