Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I heard that I have this cafe de lait macule birth mark since birth. It became very light with age. In fresh light, nobody understands there is a spot. I visited a doctor he gave me melalite cream to apply. I did not start using it. I dont want to go for laser. Please can anyone suggest that whether melalite cream will be helpful for it or not. I attached picture in both room light and sunlight.

I am having lump under my armpit since one or two weeks , firstly it was filled with pus and having pain ,later it dries up but still there .I feel irritation my breast also ..what is this and how it can cure?

I sometimes need to travel a lot and difficult to bath continuous 2-3 days usually. I am more concern about my Groin area(as had  fungal infection 2 years ago). I wash my genitals(front and back) during excretion and cleean throughly but groin is still unclean. So Can i use wet wipes( without touching penile or anus)? Or any product i can implement like any sanitizer or ointment so dirt not stick up around inner groin (Kindly Dont ask me to bath daily as it is not possible)

I've been using glycolic acid for hyperpigmentation on my body. This is my second time using it. I used it for the first time about 20 days ago. I applied glycolic acid on my body yesterday. It felt fine like it did the first time I used it and didn't show any irritation but today there is one small darker line and the skin is sort of peeling off. Other areas where I applied glycolic acid were fine except this one small area.

Did hair botox treatment bring my hair again...am 32 age...can it make hair black which became white...and result will be temporary or permanent
