Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, first and foremost, I want to express that I respect all skin tones. I am content with my own skin tone. However, my skin tone is fair, but it falls somewhere between other skin tones like dusky to medium or extremely fair girls. My skin appears fair, but lacks brightness and has a matte type fairness. There is no glow to it. In comparison, the skin tone of medium to dusky or extremely fair girls has a noticeable glow and brightness. Is there any solution to this?

STRICTLY DERMATOLOGISTS ONLY Kindly have a look on my right toe bleb has been developed due to hard walking. Toe nail has been trimmed twice by dermatologist to treat ingrown. And I have hard and brittle nails in my both feet . So I can't wear shoes to walk. When some slippers rubs while walking, I am seeing bleb or black spot. Tried all medicines and applications to heal hard and ingrown nail . But No use . As of now it is not in a condition to apply any salicylic cream Any more solution than connecting

Hello doc. I am using tretin 0.025 cream daily at night since few years.. also i have undergone mnrf prp for my mild acne scars.. but the tretinoin makes my acne scars on cheeks appear red all the time. Should I reduce the frequency of use???

I was diagnosed with psoriasis in 2009. Over the decade till 2021, I was under various treatment options from various reputed dermatologists. I was given methotrexate (started to harm my liver, twice), NBUVB, creams, ointments. After 2021, just after I took the COVID vaccine, my psoriasis spread a lot. Now it has covered most of them my body. And it increased a lot in 2023 WHILE I was undergoing a NBUVB and ointment treatment regimen in a reputed hospital. It has now become extreme and harming my physical and mental health. I recently heard about biologics injections and how it helps a lot. I need help with this because no other treatment is working and the psoriasis has now covered my back left leg and is progressing through my arms.

I have this every year around this time ...it is hard and painful...is this herpes or something else..if yes what is the treatment... please help
