Regarding hairfall and scalp build up

Does hard water helps to get rid of hairfall and dandruff if your are using any bore water for hairwash or hard water.. Why do scalp build up is not getting reduced though I am using scalp massager during hair wash.. Can PRP helps in hair growth, how many sessions are required for maintenance once the treatment is done and when we need to take sessions for maintenance...
