I've been using 2% minoxidil as per my local dermatologist's recommendation, but they haven’t advised starting finasteride. I’m really concerned as hair loss is having a huge impact on my confidence and well being. I’m considering other options and wondering if I could start with topical finasteride to see how it works before moving to oral finasteride.
