Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am 25 years old man . I have been having hair loss for last 5 years. I tried everything while consulting a no of doctors but none could debar the hair loss. Its not paternal either coz my father has more hairs than me. Now I have been consuming some ayurvedic rasayan and stuffs. What should I do sir/mam? Please be honest coz I don't even trust any doctor coz they did no help but got only heavy money. I took 5 PRP treatment as well. Now I have very little hairs and baldness is all visible, though the area is not barren and has a little hairs over the scalp in the middle
