Skin tags in hip area

I was infected in chickenpox 8 years back. Scars were went away. But 2 to 3 of them seems to be growing since chickenpox. I got skin tag in hip area and one scar(small lump in shoulder) which seems to be growing. Is it normal ? Why its keep growing? Should i be worried to consult ?
