Two days back had intercourse and didn't clean the private area and today morning had itching around penis head and while checking found that watery over penis head, white flakes, redness and itching is there . Kindly provide what kind of infection is this and medication to reduce the symptoms

Hi, i am currently 33 years old and getting pimples.but when it reduces it gives a red,dark brown spot in my cheeks. Will it remove completely Also, i got a small burn mark in cheek due to use of dettol liquid in the pimple. Will it go permanently. Please prescribe something.
