Is getting tattoo safe on sensitive skin
I have sensitive and dry skin and had rashes issue in the past, it stopped on its own. I want to get a tattoo but I am not sure about any side effects it could have. Is it safe? I also happen to have borderline high cholesterol if that matters. Should I get any tests done before I go for one?
