Hi Doctor, I have travelled to Bangalore from on June,2023. Huge hair fall has started there and I consulted doctor dermatologist and she suggested Minicheck F 5% solution and advised to take head shower by aquaguard water. I followed it and the haurfall stopped and good hair growth was there. Due to some reason I came to village 3 months ago here we use the underground water submersible. This water was good as I used it since child hood till I went to outside for job. I came to my village 2.5 years later. Now again suddenly I see hair fall , I am a bit worried. Is it due to the water change? Why this is happening? I am still using Minicheck F 5% daily. Can you suggest something.

From past 1 month I have been consuming Allegra on and off basic but in every 2 days there is a new itchy skin rash but it stays for 2 days and go away. Not all the rash are itching but mostly. Rashes are are on hands and back only. What should be the cure and cause.

Hi doctor My son,10 yrs old is often facing this issue where there is dryness around his eyes which is scaly with slight itchy . It comes often where doesn't go out much in sun. Photos been uploaded in attachment He uses dermadew baby soap, Sofidew moisturizer lotion at night, lotus kids sunscreen lotion spf25  in day. Kindly tell what is it ? Why this occurs ? What is the treatment for this? Any creams and soaps or to continue the same? Any home remedies Please reply thank you
