Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a problem with pimples, and I want to use a salicylic acid face wash, but I experienced purging with it. The breakouts that occur after purging last for a long time. I want to avoid this purging problem. How can I use salicylic acid face wash without experiencing purging?

My hair texture is silky but from few months I have been observing that my hair is getting pretty thin and entire scalp has now got thin hairs In the crown area also density is much low Scalp is visible in entire front area and many hairs are getting grey. If it is Male pattern baldness then please anyhow suggest how can I slow it down as I don't want to get bald so soon and if it is due to some nutritional deficiencies pls guide me
