Hi My son is 9 month old he got pimple like bumps and red patch all over his face for past 1 month tried putting t bact and calamine lotion nothing works Now it is been spreading across his legs I am so worried please help Pic attached

I have noticed that some boils I get start as a white colour boil but instead of bursting, it becomes darker and harder. I noticed one small bump on my arm and one in thigh. Pic for reference Why is this happening?
