I am having excessive hairloss from the past 1 month. The thickness has reduced to 1/4th in just a month. Need help

I am suffering from hair fall since 3 years. I use tressemme shampoo. My hair also getting brown. Does shampoo affect hair colour and hair loss. Please suggest me some tips and better shampoo for hair growth.

I am having excessive hairfall since a year. I lose 100 hair everyday and the day I do shampoo I lose more than 500 hair. Yes I count hair everyday. What all blood test (including hormone test) needs to be done to determine the root cause? Also i have cyst in left ovary. I have lost 60% of my hair and can see bald patches these days.
