What OTC retinol does a dermatologist recommend for anti ageing and uneven texture that are available

I had swollen lymph nodes in back of my neck for six months size is 1.2*0.7cm.Doctors are saying that it is Seborrheic dermatitis. But i don't having any other symptoms like itchiness, flaky skin etc. Is it possible to have this infection without symptoms. Fnac says feature of reactive lymphadenitis in background of rbc. The node is hard, bit painfull when touched and moveable.

Since one year I am suffering with white colour dotted rashes causes itching it started from hands and gradually spread through out my body. Please guide me regarding the issue

Hives appeared for sometimes and they  disappeared after taking homeopathy medicines. I eat normal food, not using curd and acidic food. Allergy since last 1 year under thighs, legs and on face with alot of itching.. The marks burns alot when it comes in contact with water or soap.. Have been using powder and lulliconazole tubes since last year bt marks sometimes become light bt still aren't gone completely..
