Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My brother has some red spots on his arms abd shoulders. Please suggest me what to do. I have also attached the picture of same.

Ok so I personally feel i sweat easily on forehead when there's no AC or fan. And if I walk for few mins in a room where one fan is running (not fast enough) then I feel sweat on my forehead. If I do excessive activity like some normal excercises at home I feel sweat on forehead, front - mid scalp.. though I find back of neck wet too when touched. I had my hba1c test on 20/11/19 which was 5.0 , fasting blood sugar - 85 , avg estimated - 97. So, I don't think it's diabetes or prediabetes. When I went for it i also checked my weight on a machine myself. It was almost 90kg.I am 5'8-5'9. I haven't gone for thyroid test but I feel I don't have any symptoms of that especially my eyes look normal. I don't sweat under full speed of fan or AC (27-29 C). When I don't use AC in my room, only one fan( no windows), I feel the side of forehead touching pillow gets wet and other side exposed under fan is normal. My hands or feet don't sweat..just a little moist when I play game on phone too much.

Can PRP regrow hair for female??? How many months does it take and what are the uses of it???...???.

I Am Using This Cream From A long time. But suddenly I saw the capsules's outer part (The plastic) has started to melt. Whenever i try to take out the cream from the capsules, the outer melted plastic part is getting mixed, will it harm my skin? The capsules have expiry date till 2021. It is also mentioned *Do Not Freeze* so i Haven't kept it in fridge. Please give me a solution. ThankYou in advance.

From last 4-5 years i have dandruff issue and tried many medications from many dermatologists, nothing worked. From last 1year I'm seeing it has spread to my face as well especially near moustache, chin, eye brows and cheeks. Initially i thought it was because of my beard since it first started in chin.,later it spread across my face. Sometimes it is becoming very reddish and irritating. Any permanent solution for this?

Hello, I have hair fall and thin hair too, from last 12 years i am having Thyroid and i am taking Thyrox 75 but t3 t4 and tsh is normal from last 3 years, presently i am taking zincovit it reduce hairfall, sometimes when hair fall is more i take it so i want to know that how may days or months i can take this medicine and what else i can take for hair growth and does zincovit helps in hair growth and is there any side effects. What vitamin deficiency cause hair loss and breakage. I am 36 and I used to have a very good hair from childhood but all of a sudden I started loosing hair and also it became very rough. Its been a year now and still the same condition.
