There are some red spots on my left hand palm. They are not itchy but when pressed feels some pain and numbness Also some spots on top of palm appears and goes on there on after 2 or 3 days.what is it?

My baby boy age 9 months. He got red rashes intially then skin got dryness on back side. He got red rashes without dryness on hand also. He is facing red rashes from last 6 days. After few days backside rashes has been disappeared but skin getting peeled off. Now he is getting red rashes on leg (3 red rashes initial stage).
