I am having hairfalll i want to know i should use minoxidil on area where i am having baldness or whole scalf because of hairfalll

I m suffering from rigorous hair loss I m taking medication also which shampoo should I use to  hairfall?

I have had this persistent itch around the inner thigh area for about 3 months. Initially it was just a small circle like a blister. Now area is about a 3x3 inch circle, dark redish brown in color, dry and scaly around the edge. It sweats by itself all the time and there is sometimes a rotten odour. I have tried OTC itchguard and Abzorb powder once or twice a day regularly and cleaned the area using Suthol while shower. Didn't help much. Sometimes it gets a bit better but comes back within a couple of days.

I have started using thgaina day before ... used tugain only 2 times... i am having more hairfalll now .. is it normal??? how long i am going to have hairfalll
