Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been noticing that i have problems when i bath with normal water once all dried up i get bad skin itches & also if i itch it comes up with red patches ( I do use regular soaps like lux) havent had issues in the past have tried aloe vera soaps too however the itch doesnt seems to go away...also if i workout the sweat that comes out sometimes it itches sometimes it doesnt...i cant concentrate on my workout as well... i recently had Miliaria for which i was precribed medcines & lotion by a dermatologist i have completed the course howewer the itching doesnt stop after having a bath ...i do not understand what is the cause is it water or is it the soap ...Please guide what should be the next proper step inorder to cure this please ...Thanks.

Iam having darkness in skin with black spots on the inner side of my thighs...want to lighten them...can u kindly suggest some remedies sir/mam...I don't have any itching or other symptoms associated with it...

Hi Doctor, I am using a procapil solution for around 2 months and have taken keraboost medicine for 3 months now. But i have not experienced any improvement in my hair fall. Due to this lockdown, im not able to consult my dermatologist. Im really bothered.. kindly help me with some advice whether i can continue this same treatment or need to stop using procapil solution for hair growth

Fungal infection at groin area. Jock itch from past one year. Reoccured 4 times in past 1 year. Used ketoconazole cream and itraconazole 200 mg followed by itraconazole 100 mg capsules

I observed a sudden patchy hair loss I cm in diameter. Have been using tugain 5 for two weeks for this, but no growth seen yet. Please advise what should I do to re-grow hair sooner.
