Hey there! Yesterday I saw a yellow layer covering my hairs under shoulder hairs..What is it?? Nd what's the reason of it,? I face this type of bacterial infection first time..it seems to be yellow and feels like a yellow creamy layer covering my hairs under shoulder hairs..
