Sir/mam my brother  known case of autism spectrum disorder and since last 5 years he has had been developing  intermittently some vesicle ( clear fluid) like lesions over finger tips and soles a/w scaling and itching..currently his symptoms exacerbate between 2 days and we manage it by give cetrizine syrup and moisturising affected area but still not completely vanished. I would also like to inform you that he is not under any medication and our father is also a known case of dry eczema under treatment ..so plzz if anyone can help us that would be great.
