No avoid... treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Not at all. U must stop the medications or atleast taper the dose in the long run as its not safe and may cause severe damage to ur liver.
Next Steps
Get ur liver profile test done from a good lab

You must follow up with your dermat. Once adequate control has been obtained isitretinoin should be stopped. Check your blood lipid levels. For scars and pigmentation treatment is different. For any further advise please consult online.

Tablets can be taken only if doctor has prescribed it for so long or else needs liver and lipid blood tests  however it's not advisable to take this medicine for so long without doctors consultation.scars can be treated with peels or lasers ,can be decided after consultation.

Ya it is safe provided your investigation for liver and lipids are done and are in normal limits .and in pregnancy it should not be used. For spots you can use creams but for scars ,laser treatment has to be taken
