Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin is extremely oily and suddenly there is much acne breakout on the face. There are painful boils on hands and legs too.

I have hives problem and been using levocet M since 2 months and not at all getting itching or bumps if I take the tablet daily. Is it safe to use that tablet for long term?

I went from having thin silky hair all life to dry rough dandruff filled hair in May. Mid May, it started falling out. I easily lost a fistful bunch every time I paid attention. I am now concerned because it is falling out in clumps, throughout the day, and it is everywhere without even trying to comb. Knot-free hair too, if tried to comb (even with a finger), results in clusters falling out at once. It is very very extreme. I am guessing it is Telogen effluvium considering my 10 day water fast experience in late april and continuous alternate day fasts ever since, that have helped me shed 10kgs (61kg-51kg) in a short period of time. Please clarify whether it is this or Female pattern baldness. I am losing hair at an alarmingly fast rate with visible baldness, and so I would kindly request an urgent supplement to save my hair. I'm willing to make a healthy diet lifestyle change asap, but until that shows on my hair, I'm afraid it'll be too late. Please suggest immediate medication.

First of all skin became flaky and goes off and appears Small bumps and it becoming round open wound in my inner thigh and private parts. Can't able to walk properly. It's also paining.
