I bought a facial serum that contains arbutin in it. Is it safe to use? Does it cause vitiligo? I am scared to use that serum but it is expensive.

Last six month my wife. Suffering from erticeria (peeti), still after taking any anti allergy medicine take some relief but again this issue continue.

I have these red patches on my thighs, hands and stomach. It normally comes in winter on the same spots and eventually decreases. It goes away in summer without doing anything but it has reappered now. As suggested by my doc I applying keto4s. I have been getting these patches repeatedly over the years. Hello All, I had got chicken pox when i was 13 years old. I had the scars on my face too. When they were drying... I removed the peel.. And.. since then.. the scars have been left on my skin... Should i call it a scar or a pore.. In hindi we call it.. khadda... Few years back.. i had consulted a dermatologist... She said.. i would require filler injections 2-3.. should be taken each. After 10 months.. Can i get rid of these.. just 2-3 pores

Hello, As the pandemic started I started using wash hands regularly and applying sanitiser. In some occasions I applied sanitiser after washing hands. So before this my hands were fair (I am dusky) but after 3 months and I also didn't notice this , but the skin over finger joints and just below nails has darkened in comparison to before. Looks like I have applied something dark there. Also the darkening is more in right hand. I don't user moisturiser much and also my utensil cleaning also has increased. What to do? Is this due to hand washing or using sanitiser ? I started using cleaning gloves and applying nivea moisturiser at night for now.
