Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have scabies on my genitals parts .pls refer any medicine . during night itching become worst. Pls help Dr

I do not have any skin issues or pimple issue. I wash my face daily with normal water. I do not have an oily skin. I do get pimples once in a while but they go away. Should I use any cleansers or face wash products to maintain my skin. Is it perfectly fine to wash just with water ?

For the past 2 weeks, I have been experiencing excessive oil on my facial skin. I tried to wash my face several times in a day with facewash but still there is no improvement. Moreover, the forehead has turned black due to tanning. Please advice.

Currently I am using golite for hyperpigmentation and gel containing bp and adapalene ocassionally on active acne only. I found out about retinol serum which basically prevents acne and fades hyperpigmentation,which us what I need. Is it okay to apply retinol serum in night and golite in day? What should not be applied while on retinol serum?

Hello. Two days ago my forehead was all ok in the morning but in the evening I noticed light darkened patches on my forehead. The skin there was dry and like plasticy. Like it was detached from the skin underneath. There is no redness, itchiness or any discomfort. It's just dry and flaky, but the skin is not peeling off. It has happened once before few weeks later and cured within 4-5 days by itself. But this time there is a red/pink spot between my eyebrows also. It looks like internal blood clot like it hit by something, but there was no hit. There's no pain. Nothing. It's just weird. What could this be? I am nervous. Please tell me what is this. I have been having this allergy for over 3 weeks now.. It first started on my back with one allergy and now it's almost everywhere on my back, stomach area, chest area.. Left hand.. Except my legs.. Still can't figure what this is.. It increasing a lot at night time.. And i have itching a lot..

Dear Doctor, I have a circular dark red scaly patch on my left foot for the past 13 years. The patch has grown up to almost 2 inches in diameter. Previous diagnosis at BHU hospital Varanasi confirmed it to be psoriasis. Attaching herewith a picture of the same.Ointment Lobate-S used to work well bit not anymore. Kindly advise.
