Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I have very light white spots on both my cheeks. I consulted a doctor on practo and he said it is sebhorric dermatitis. On his suggestion I bought desowen lotion and Luliconazole lotio . Applied desowen in morning and Luliconazole in night but still there is no improvement. What I should do next. Please suggest.

Hi I have this weird lump in my hand since childhood ,it's not a birth mark , what I remember it happens after mosquito bite or there was pimple on skin , it's very hard and no pain.
