Why can't you reverse female pattern baldness Why Is it so difficult and why aren't there much treatment options

My father has some skin issues, it started with a small white spot on chest, it is now spreading wider with other spots on hands and legs as well. He was diagnosed as vitiligo by Ayurveda physician. He started with Lukoskin ointment and now using melanocyl...he did not consult any physician later and is not under any medication. Due to lock down I'm not able to seek a proper treatment physically. He is diabetic, but otherwise physically fit... I would really appreciate and be thankful for any suggestions and treatment or diet recommendations that can be given. Thanks a lot.

From past few years I have been suffering from hair fall but from last few months, there has been excessive hairfall and pimples on my face. at times, my skin turns v dry and red around nose area.

I have been suffering with this problem since 2009. Sometimes it disappears but sometimes it also becomes severe, specially in rainy season. After daily bathing with any type of water my body started itching, then I usually switch on fan take rest without touching my body. This it take 15 to 1hr long time to disappear. After sweating it happens also. I took homeopathic medicine & some instant releif from itching allopathic medicine earlier which I do not remember. Pls, suggest me to get rid of from this disease permanently.

Is it safe to use demelan cream.? Is it a steroid cream ? Does it help in reducing hyperpigmentation, darkness around mouth ?
