I was admitted in hospital for 6 days when i was serious due to accident. I have cannula needle in my hand wrist . I feel knot like harness . Now 6 month over...but same knot lies but size decrease litle bit

HI doctor,I was having severe acne for around 3 years which covered almost my entire face. My doctor prescribed me isotretinoin 20 mg,10mg and 5mg to be taken for over an year.My face had fully cleared up ...i stopped taking isotretinoin since 2 months...Pimples are recurring again . So Is it safe to continue isotretinoin again .No other medications like antibiotics could reduce my acne only isotretinoin worked for me Please guide me.

Iam having blisters on my fingers. Its like small small blisters , its itchy and when its dry it becomes painful. This happened when i mixed masala to make pakodas and putted then on oil. What to do in this situation? Its itchy and irritating.
