Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

For last few months I have been facing a problem of hair thinning and hair loss I assumed it was because of the water quality but the consistent hairloss is making me upset I attached 2 pics of mine 1st pic where the hair density is quite good 2 pic where you can see the hair thinning

I am experiencing excessive hair loss and even loss of eyelashes. The hair loss condition has been severe for a week. I am scared that i might loose them all.

Dermatologist suggested la matisse serum, checkfall f 5% 1ml, T kerashine, kerashine k shampoo, witty anti dandruff shampoo, trichospire hair kit.. I don't want to use minoxidil if situation can be cured without it. Please advise.

I am suffering from hairfall ... doctor prescribed me to use Kera Xl serum at morning and tugain 5% at night...and finax tablet at night and keraglo men at morning..is this okay? Can I use it?
