I have this pea size knot behind the neck at hair line.. my CBC is normal but I was on antibiotics from last 14 days for acne on all over my face. Is this anything serious?

Hi Doctors, What's this condition called? I have the same appearance in both of my lesgs I do have itching sometimes. It's there since 2 years and had a open wound at that time. Now there is no wound but skin thickening below arch of the foot? My skin is dry always. Can u pls suggest what can be done.
