From the last 4 months i had experience dandruff on my scalp without itching when i sratch it it bleed a little but i m having no itching i was using loreal but then my dermatologist recommend me to use moisturising shampoo since i use dove but there is no cure for that i m using all the home remedies for it but it wont cure what it is ?

I am having acne on scalp and face. It causes unstoppable itching on scalp.please suggest a way to reduce the acne on scalp.also my face is having alot of pimples

I already use 10% Niacinamide serum and 20% Azelaic Acid cream twice a day. I wear SPF everyday indoors and outdoors. I apply tretinoin 0.05% every 3 nights. I am trying to fade big patches of mild melasma on face, around my cheeks and my forehead. I have heard good reviews about Biluma cream. Where can I fit Biluma in my routine? With my current routine I am seeing very slow process and I don't want to use hydroquinone. I also don't want to get any lasers done. My skin has adjusted to all the ingredients mentioned above.

Pimple on face has reduced to certain extent with some medication. However they are small white head kinda heat boils that appear on my head. I notice them due to my excess body heat. Though I drink a lot of water and have Bannanas everyday sometimes I notice them. What could be the reason and how to overcome this? Also I noticed sometimes there's an empty patch on my head where there is no hair and this is in very small size as of pimple.
