Big black Spot on my face.
I have contacted one of the doctor in the same platform for the black wart like structure on my face,she suggested me to use Tretinoin 0.1% gel with SPF,I used both for one week SPF daily twice and Tretinoin gel at nighttime then my wart is gone but the larger area of skin around the wart turned black,I don't know why because I kept the gel only on the spot.what should I have to do to get rid of this
