Dandruff and back acne

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am having excessive dandruff and excessive hair fall. I am also having back acne and pimples on my back. My whole back is covered with these acne type things and now it is also coming to my arms. For dandruff and hairfall I went to doctor previously but the effects of medicine didn't last long. Until I was under medication dandruff was in control but hair fall didn't stop. As soon as medicines were over dandruff came back and hair fall increased. Please tell me what should I do now.
