Hello my sis she has history of ezema and dermatatis and had discolouration in toes but recently she is suffering fatigue , difficulty breathing and feels blockage in nose & throat and her skin around fingers starts flaky, dry & dark colours plz suggest what we should do which dr to go as staying in small place and only have few physicians unable to diagnose

My face is pigmented due to lichen planus pigmentosa and complexion of my face and neck are way more darker than my body. So my question is, is it okay to get laser done will it give results and my main concern is I get tanned very easily so will my face become more sensitive to sun if I get it done. Will getting a laser increase sensitivity towards sunlight?? Please advise on it and for highly pigmented skin which laser should I do??
