Keloid marks on hand
I have 3-4 keloid marks on my hand caused due to a cut. They look ugly like a worm.. plz suggest me treatment to get rid of them

This is scar hypertrophy. Can be improved with steroid injections, silicone and pressure garments.

What was the cause of this scar? How old are they? Treatment will depend on the same. Intralesional excision with concomitant intralesional steroid injection and use of silicon gel sheet along with massage with scar reducing cream will be an ideal treatment plan.
