Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I don't know is this fungal infection or something else..can anyone please confirm is this fungal infection or something else..

I live at coastal region bcz of humidity so my face always gets oily slightly but not too much i jst want a medicated facewash i hv no other issues like pimples and all kindly suggest me a good medicated face wash which controls OIL.. and looks fresh for whole day

🤕I have lot of itching in my head and flaky dandruff stuffing out. My hair started falling tremendously. I m 17yeras old. And I have oily skin. My hairs are thin and sheads into patches from crown area of my head. I use Sunsilk green shampoo. And oftenly use aleovera gel for conditioning, sometimes directly from plants and sometimes of Patanjali.My parents are not suffering from any kind of hair fall,but hairs of my father shead off with ageing.I use clean towel,comb and pillows.And I m preparing for medical entrance exam so'there may be some stress and also I m a PCOS patient but it was almost cured by my gynecologist.There is tremendous hair fall from last 2years. It's lockdown that's why I m not able to reach any doctor physically.

Doctor pls tell me that DERMA ESSENTIA SKIN LIGHTNING CREAM contain any kind of steroid?? Is it safe to use longterm? I have some acne marks on my face.. I dnt know is it steroid cream or not

Last month my mom started having itching on her body specially lower half and scalp We visited a doc and asked us for thyroid , uric acid and lipid profile test, blood sugar test Result turned out to be Uric -6.7 T3-1.03 T4-7.90 TSH-8.11 Cholesterol-198 HDL-44.8 LDL-93.7 Triglycerides-300.7 Blood sugar was of normal range And Bp is 130/80 The problem is that ever after consuming meds nearly for 1 monthher itching has not faded.. itching is still present on her palms and legs But my concern now is her palms and fingers are showing bluish discoloration without any pain nor any other sensations Kindly guide me through this please
