Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing Acne prone skin and open pores problem since one month though my skin type is not so oily and not so dry

I am experiencing dusty dandruff with itching and too much of hairloss. I have been under homeopathic medication for few months now. But there hasn't been any visible change rather my hair loss has somewhat increased. I don't know if the medications are suiting me. Medicines which have been prescribed to me are Arsenicum album 200, Mezerum 200 and Tuberculinum bovinum. Kindly suggest what I should be doing.

I am 23 yrs old and facing hair loss, I am seeing hair thinning in crown. I have read about the side effects of minodixil and other medicines. I am reluctant to go to a dermatologist because I think he/she will suggest me the same medicine and I might have some side effects. Also I might have to eat it regularly everyday for 5-10 years, otherwise I will loss everything. Even if I go for other procedures like hair transplant I will have to take this medicines to retain hair. This might be misconceptions I have about the medicine, Can you please suggest me what I should do?

Recently,I have consulted a dermotogist for skin n hair problem.i m suffuerinh from melasma n heavy hair loss after my baby .My baby is 2.5 year old .Dr has prescribed me melapik cream and tablet Anthocyn tx .And hairbless for hair loss.Also with he suggested me go for chemical peel after 15 days .Here I am seeking a 2nd opinion .Please suggest .Thanks in advance .

Im using minoxidil 5% to grow hair on my forehead and scalp. I can see better results. Is it safe to use minoxidil life long?

My hair becomes thin, weak and started falling from temples and crown of my head from last 10 days (for the record, it never happened before. In fact I was having very dense and thick hair) . For countermeasures, I trimmed my hair, started taking hairbess tab 1 a day and now using antihair fall shampoo. I want to know is my responses are good? Also do I need to take minoxodil now?
