Can i get some facewash for acne prone oily skin as i was using saslic face wash cipla So i wanted to know some good facewash

Can minioxidil side effects make us loose more hairs?? I was not lossing hairs before but they were thin so my doctor gives me minioxdil but my initial shed does not stop till 4 month so I stopped it but after stopping also I am continuing lossing my hairs why so ?? I know it is due to minioxdil because I have not taken any other medicine for hairs nor I have pcod PCOS problems and before minioxdil there was no hairfall now I am shedding a lot daily I don't need any harmone therapy as there is no other disturbance in my body please tell me what should I do
