Is taking 50mg zinc supplement daily bad for you in the long run? I've read on the internet that 40mg zinc perday is the upper limit for zinc intake, so can it cause an overdose, Or it's fine?

Is it steroid cream?? If i will stop it then can my skin become dark, dull??or no sideffects??
