Hello.. Under-eye darkness can be due to many reasons, it could be pigmentation or hollow eye socket or due to underlying blood vessels or due to just allergic tendency. Genetically you may have hollow socket or allergic tendency that might cause pigmentation which is evident from teenages commonly, though can occur in midage also.
