Under eye dark circles
I have under eye dark circles since childhood. I want to know recommendations on how to get rid of them. No serum or medicine have affected me. Is there any permanent treatment for this?

If your dark circles are genetic , then unfortunately there is nothing much we can do.
They will come back again and again.
you can just maintain them with various treatmemt options but once you stop the creams or procedures they will reappear.
