Can i use dermadew facewash i hv no other problems like pimples oily skin and all. Instead of using beauty facewashes given in advertisements which doesn't work ever !!!!

I am having melasma (skin patches).my doctor prescribed me melapik cream for it .it was ok for first two day .but due to some work I had to go to markit had some sun exposure.After then I got some burning sensation n redness .A day has passed still having redness n burning sensation.Please suggest as I m out of town for few days can't consult my doctor.
