Freckles and small red marks
I have freckles on my cheek and since I am very fair skinned it is prominently showing up. Is there any medicated cream that will help me fade it a bit?

Medicines can help lighten freckles somewhat but the best treatment for freckles is laser.
Also sun protection is the most important step in preventing freckles from worsening.
