I am having mild pcos,acne specially on jaw line and severe hair fall.what should I do for permanent relief because I have taken antibiotics tablets and applied some gel . Still I am having acne and hair fall issues.Can you please suggest me some treatment

For past few months I have been having this rash initially on my finger webbings which now has spread to my palms. Hi, Around 40 days back I had herpes on my chest and neck, attaching the pic and I was prescribed Acivir ointment and Acrirax tablet I completed the course of the medicine and it was cured But again I'm feeling the same kind of problem, it's very mild as of now, but I'm worried I'm attaching both previous time pic and recent one
