Sudden purple brown cluster spots around
My daughter suddenly got these spots which are dark purple brown cluster spots around lips. I am enclosing image for same. Plz advise on this

Cetaphil moisturising cream and Biluma cream mix in equal proportion and apply on concerned areas at night for 2 months
