Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing this problem from more than a month. I have had medicines like Becosule(from 23june to 7th July), Zincovit(from 10th to 24th of July) and Doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules (from 15th to 24th July). However the problem is still persistent. The upper and lower lip area has turned red and sometimes skin is peeling off. And I am having cuts on both the corner of lips. The skin is dry and rough. I am applying lip balm in frequent intervals too.

Which oil and shampoo is best for healthy hair? And when should it be applied? Per week once...or anything like that...

Hi , Actually I am facing extreme hair fall issues these days and my hairs also get very rough these days it is very difficult to comb after wash and after washing it gets oily next day. Could you please advise me the some shampoo ,oil or something else which could decrease my hair fall. Thanks Neha
