My anus starts itching at night It's like something is crawling inside I am also controlling sweets I am 21 yrs old male Please help!

My doctor has prescribed me KOZIMAX. Will it work effectively in reducing blemishes and dullness in the face ?? Is that safe ???

So I developed itchy skin recently. Before if I had any insect bite that did not trouble me much, but now if I have any kind of insect bite I developed big rashes as well too much of itching (i never had it before). And I have PCOS issues so does my skin feel itchy due to that? Or any insect bite unknowingly causing such rashes and itchy skin. Ps- I want to add that rashes and itchy skin comes and goes with out any medication.
